About Liberty Bridge Road Practice

Welcome to Liberty Bridge Road Practice

Liberty Bridge Road Practice is a GP surgery in the Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health and Wellbeing Centre, developed specifically for East London residents.

The Centre was originally used for athletes and visitors during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. 

Now it has been transformed to become home for the Practice, East Village Community and secondary care services, such as Homerton Hospital and Barts Dental Hospital.

A large practice, currently with just over 20,000 patients, we accept registrations from patients across Newham. Being part of the Hurley Group gives our patients certain privileges such as online consultations, a clinical governance team ensuring high clinical standards are met and an organisational structure ensuring accountability and maintenance of high standards of customer care.

We value our patients and aim to offer the best possible care to each individual. All our team members are passionate about the NHS and have all the necessary training to ensure that your visit is a safe and pleasant experience.

Liberty Bridge Road Practice was awarded ‘Most Innovative Practice’ at the Newham Practice Oscars in September 2018. Our staff work hard to provide an excellent service to our patients and we very pleased to have had this recognised and receive this award. Congratulations to the whole team!
